We offer a simple rate for our event coverage services for both photography and video, so you always know what to expect.

EVENT PHOTO & VIDEO

Hourly Rate: $400/hr with a 2-hour minimum

Day Rate: $4000 for events longer than 8 hours

Photo + Video coverage of your entire conference: $7000/day

VIDEO PRODUCTION

Half Day Rate – $3200

Full Day Rate – $6200

HEADSHOT DAY(At Your Office)

Rate: $1600 (Half-Day / up to 4 hours)
Designed for corporate teams that need a unified look. that can be used on their website, LinkedIn, or social media.
The Pace: 10–15 minutes per person.
Capacity: Up to 15 people.

EVENT HEADSHOT (High Volume)

Rate: $400 / hour
A “Pop-up Studio” designed for conferences, galas, and trade shows. It serves as an interactive branding experience for your attendees.
The Pace: 2-3 minutes per person
The Focus: High-energy, fast-paced sessions to get through as many guests as possible.
